The Prisma DSA420TG “Touch & Go” Dough Roller is an Italian manufactured dough roller from the fantastic and reliable brand Prisma. Featuring automatic start/stop functions and timer mode – this allows the machine to automatically switch on when you enter the dough into the hopper and shuts off after a pre-set time. The dough roller reduces running costs and reduces component wear. Use “Continuous” mode if required.
