Patented AIR TRAP SYSTEM
The Air Trap System reduces the heat outflow from the cooking chamber.
This guarantees:

• 30% saving of energy consumption for preserving the temperature inside the chamber, compared to a similar oven not equipped with this system.
• 20% saving of energy consumption costs, compared to a similar oven not equipped with this system.
• Uniform cooking results in the whole chamber.
