We would like to present to you one of our finer ovens available, the Zanolli AVGUSTO PR Rotating Base Electromechanical Pizza Oven. Zanolli cares about you and the environment. The patented Air Trap System® prevents the heat from exiting the mouth of the oven, guaranteeing perfectly even cooking and 30% energy savings compared to an oven not equipped with this system. Setting it aside from the rest the oven comes in, antiqued black granite, a colour customizable dome, an elegant burnished stainless steel frame to protect the oven mouth, and many optional accessories to make your oven unique. You ca even try it with the Imperial accessory holder mounted on the side. Utilising ergonomics and elegance make AVGVSTO® an eye-catching addition to your designer venue. Independent adjustment of the temperature, in the top and bottom of the oven with a dual probe (maximum temperature 500°C reached in just 80 minutes).
